I actually enjoyed the show Workin' Moms, but I agree with you that most of it is fantasy. Aside from your observations, nobody ever grocery shops and everybody has loads of beautiful clothes even though they don't shop or do laundry. But frankly, I usually watch shows to escape from the mundane reality of my life. Maybe I'm shallow but I like being entertained. Have you watched Maid yet? It's a very different take on TV parenting...
