I see now that I didn’t make it clear that I was only facetiously wishing my son would have made that comment. I’m well aware that those ideas are far beyond him. I made a little edit to try improve my clarity.

I’m curious about your comment that it’s better for him to play with toy guns that have no ramifications when the trigger is pulled. Do you mean that it’s better for him to play with toy guns than real guns? I would agree, that’s true. Or did you mean something else that I’m not fully understanding.
