Combine all ingredients, stirring gently so you don’t smash the fruit. Add cilantro (optional, but come on) and coarse salt (any salt is OK, but this provides the occasional bite) and serve.

Awesome idea. I also ended up with a surplus of kiwi so I am going to try this today! I also ended up with too many pineapples so maybe I will expand even further!
